WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL Our creative and experiential programming introduces your child to Jewish traditions, Shabbat, and holidays in ways that are easy to bring into your home.   • Singin’ Swingin’ into Chanukah with Grandparents and Special Friends

    REGISTER Join us for a special Singin’ Swingin’ Shabbat as we welcome grandparents and special friends! We’ll kick things off with a 25-minute Chanukah sing-along full of dancing, jumping, and storytelling, followed by playtime in our mini gym. Come hungry for a delicious bagel lunch, kid-friendly snacks, and enjoy crafting a menorah together that you’ll cherish for years to come!

  • Rodeph Sholom Celebrates Chanukah 2025

    REGISTER Congregation Rodeph Sholom • Rodeph Sholom School • Sholom Sprouts • Sholom Adventures • Sholom Discoveries Before the first candle is lit on Sunday night, this Shabbat shines with Chanukah spirit — a joyful evening of music, tradition, and community.   4:15 PM • Family Festival Before Services (Ages 0–14) Children and families are invited to gather for holiday crafts, games, music, and treats — a fun, festive way to get ready for Chanukah. 6:00 PM • Erev Shabbat Service with Consecration (All Ages) Celebrate Shabbat with uplifting prayer and song, featuring our Kindergarten Consecration and a performance by the Children’s Choir. Following the Service • Festive Oneg (All Ages) Stay after services to enjoy latkes and sufganiyot, and spend time connecting with friends and community.

    REGISTER Join us for Singin’ Swingin’ Shabbat—Sholom Sprouts’ weekly celebration for children ages 0–4, their siblings, and their grown-ups.  Start your Saturday morning with a 25-minute sing-along filled with dancing, jumping, and storytelling. Bring your appetite for bagels, kid-friendly nosh, and, of course, challah!  You won’t want to miss playtime in our mini-gym and a hands-on, art-based family activity themed to the Jewish calendar including painting your own mezuzah, decorating a tzedakah box, and more. The fun is endless!
